Subject: Fleet Week Tours

Good morning Mark,
We'd like to invite members of the JSAN to participate in a group tour
during Fleet Week. Tours will be escorted by ship's personnel and last
approx. 40 minutes. The tour will take place in Manhattan @ Pier 88,
beginning at 10:00 on May 29, 2010.

We will need a minimum of 10 people. Please have them respond to me no
later than April 23.

A few points:

1.      Wear comfortable clothing: Polo or T-shirts with jeans or
shorts. Tennis/running or flat, rubber-soled shoes. Do not wear heals,
sandals or flip flops. Do not wear necklaces that can get caught and
bags that will be too heavy to comfortably carry all day. Ladies should
not wear skirts as guests will be climbing ladders (Navy stairs).

2.      If you are bringing a handbag or camera case it will be searched
prior to entering any ship. Remember to bring sunscreen, sunglasses and
water if it is going to be warm/sunny.

3.      No large back packs, pocket knives, weapons or alcohol will be
allowed onboard any U.S. Navy ship.

4.      Electronic devices are subject to examination for functionality.
All visitors will pass through a magnetometer and may be searched as
necessary to determine source of metal.

5.      Wheelchairs are allowed on the pier but are not able to access
U.S. Navy ships.

6.      Strollers will not be allowed on any ships. Parents/guardians
must be capable of carrying children up and down ladders.

7.      Cameras (still and video) are permitted.
